Once you enjoy your breakfast you will spend your time sailing to reach out spectacular tranquil bays, scenic beauty of islands with fabulous coastlines and sites of historical values. You can enjoy the perfect relaxation either from sunbathing on the deck or a swim on the warm and crystal waters. Our Chef will indulge your taste buds with delicious dishes for the lunch served on the spacious table of stern. After lunch if you feel that it’s your time of the day to have a small siesta, your cozy air conditioned cabin will be ready!
Refreshed and invigorated by the nap, you may go on shore excursions and shopping while exploring the culture and lifestyle of local villagers. Once you return aboard, you will be delighted to sip a tingling cocktail on the comfortable cushion stern. Then the delicious dinner surrounded by the sea will be waiting for you. Aegean Schatz will be moored to a harbour or a quiet and tranquil bay for your overnight stay.
NISSYROS
It’s defined: yellow earth that bubbles and the endless turquoise sea. It lies between Kos and Tilos, very characteristic for its volcano with a crater still partially active, which you can see up close and to the green hills, the whiteness of the white houses and the long black beaches, which contrast with the lunar landscape of the volcano. Nissyros is an island very quiet and still not very touristy, has an area of only 41kmq, the towns of island are Mandraki and Pali overlook the sea and Emborios and Nikia perched on the edge of the crater of the volcano. Mandraki is a nice town with typical white houses adorned with colorful wooden balconies and cobbled alleys stretches on the rock up to the top of the Kastro. The remains of Kastro as a wall enclosing the famous monastery of Panagia Spiliani and its numerous sacred objects.
TILOS
It’s little gem of the Dodecanese and it’s famous for its beaches, where the rocks meet the azure sea and the scents of the Mediterranean are mixed to salt in a triumph of flavors of the East. The town is more dynamic Livadia, which is also the island's main port. In Eristos there is a wonderful scenery of the bay.
Large expanse of sand, tufts of vegetation and water absolutely crystal clear. This small island offers unspoiled nature that joins the warm hospitality of its inhabitants. More secluded is the Tholos Beach, waters extraordinary clarity and color. Nearby is another very beautiful cove, Aghios Serghios. Wild beach and fascinating is Lethra, again dominated by bare rocks, and the bright colors of the sea. Near the famous Red Beach, where an outcrop of rocks ruby offer either a suggestive. To visit the Monastery of Agios Pantaleimon, located in the mountains on the western side of the island. The place has a lot of charm and has some interesting art.
SYMI
The island's history is rooted to the Trojan wars, around 1120 BC, and his past is characterized by various rulers.
In Symi the land isfascinating, sometimes rocky but with rich Mediterranean vegetation, from the heights overlooking picturesque houses, as well as white even pastel colors. The main port is characterized by the picturesque small square. Important to visit: the memorial to the fallen; the Church of San Giovanni; the Church of Constantinos and Eleni; the monastery of the Archangel Michael, interesting museum inside; the monastery of Sotiris Megalos, with a impressive view. Singular also the old pharmacy, now replaced by a doctor but with interesting collections of ancient pots and containers. Not to be missed is also the home of Chatziagapitos, an ancient villa of the eighteenth century, close to the city museum, in the old town. The beaches are rocky, pebbles, gravel and sand, among the most beautiful ones of the Bay of Pedi, Bay Agios Giorgios, deep and accessible only by sea; Nanou Bay, Marathounda characterized by pebbles; characterized by sand is Panormitis, Nimborios a beautiful cove with adjoining small settlement north of Yialos; characterized by gravel on island Sesklia.
RHODES
It is the largest of the Dodecanese islands. Historically, it was famous for the Colossus of Rhodes, and the statue of the god Helios, one of the seven wonders of the world. The medieval city is considered a World Heritage Site.
With more than 300 sunny days a year Rhodes has been dubbed "the pearl of the Aegean", called by poets "Island of Roses" and "Bride of the Sun". On the island there are white and blue houses, impressive public buildings and parks, but also the old town, with buildings and ruins of the ancient splendor of the island during the rule of the Hellenic, Roman and Byzantine.
It’s important to visit the medieval city of the Knights Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem, surrounded by high walls and in good condition, with its castles and palaces, buildings from the Byzantine period, and architectures of Turkish origin.
CHALKI
It’s long and narrow island, located west of the island of Rhodes. It has a charming landscape, with beautiful villas built around the suggestive harbor, with mountains and towering cliffs that combine perfectly with sand and gravel.
The picturesque village of Imboreios is the only one still inhabited, built like an amphitheater on the sea, with many stone buildings terrace and beautiful buildings renovated. There are beautiful mosaics of gravel on many balconies and patios. Even the streets are paved in stone.
