Once you enjoy your breakfast you will spend your time sailing to reach out spectacular tranquil bays, scenic beauty of islands with fabulous coastlines and sites of historical values. You can enjoy the perfect relaxation either from sunbathing on the deck or a swim on the warm and crystal waters. Our Chef will indulge your taste buds with delicious dishes for the lunch served on the spacious table of stern. After lunch if you feel that it’s your time of the day to have a small siesta, your cozy air conditioned cabin will be ready!
Refreshed and invigorated by the nap, you may go on shore excursions and shopping while exploring the culture and lifestyle of local villagers. Once you return aboard, you will be delighted to sip a tingling cocktail on the comfortable cushion stern. Then the delicious dinner surrounded by the sea will be waiting for you. Aegean Schatz will be moored to a harbour or a quiet and tranquil bay for your overnight stay.
KOS
Is the third largest island in the Dodecanese. The main source of the island are fruits and vegetables because the land is very fertile. Most of the people is engaged to agriculture, fisheries and livestock, but also tourism. Kos is an island where you can also find numerous historical sites such as the castle of the Knights of Rhodes, the mosque of Defterdar and the roman house with the ruins of the ancient Roman baths. Further there are many archaeological sites that are scattered through the streets of the city. In Kos also was born Hippocrates, the father of medicine.
Kalymnos
It is famous in all Aegean sea as the island of sponges, thanks to the traditional activities that until not long ago undertook almost all the inhabitants of the island. The island's capital is Pothia, famous for its colorful houses built around the natural harbor, where you can visit a laboratory processing of sponges, or the Archaeological Museum and the Museum Boat and Folklore. The remarkable church of Agios Savvas, built with stones and dominating an exceptional view of the bay and harbor.
PATMOS
It is not a big island, but it is one of the best known. It is in fact mentioned in the Apocalypse because there are the caves where St. John the Evangelist, according to tradition, would write the sacred text. Both of the monastery of San Giovanni, located in the center of Chora, and the cave of the Apocalypse have been declared World Heritage Site by Unesco. In Patmos there are also many nice beaches along the coast and the local people grow fruits and olives on the green hills. The landscape offers breath taking views and long walks.
LIPSI
small and charming with its beautiful beaches and monuments dating back to the early Christian, as the big three-aisled basilica with mosaic floors and baptistery. On the small natural harbor is a typical Greek village, with its white houses and the beautiful small square, where you can find many taverns, cafes and restaurants. On the island worth visiting the churches of Catopanaghia built in 770 AD, the church of Panopanaghia 1500 dC and the most famous church of Panagia Tou Kharou. Among the culinary specialties of Lipsi: cakes cheese, sun dried tomatoes, local wines and thyme honey.
LEROS
is a mountainous island, intersected by numerous deep inlets with small valleys very fertile. Besides castles, impressive mansions and monasteries, in Leros you can visit important archaeological monuments such as the fortress Bourzi and the sanctuary of Artemis at Partheni. Also it preserves one of the best examples of new urban structure Lakki, made according to the architectural and urban planning of the Italian Rationalism of the thirties.
